No tickets are required, but an RSVP is necessary to attend. Please call our box office at 515-377-0124 to let us know you're joining us for Thanksgiving and which seating time you plan to attend.
Thanksgiving Menu: The Ingersoll offers food and beverages available for individual purchase from our special Thanksgiving menu.
FIRST COURSE — CHOICE OF SALAD
Autumn Harvest Salad:
Mixed greens, Honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, crumbled feta, apple cider vinaigrette.
Ingersoll House Salad:
Mixed greens, heirloom tomatoes, croutons, cucumbers, choice of buttermilk ranch or lemon-herb vinaigrette.
SECOND COURSE — CHOICE OF ENTRÉE
Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey & Ham Dinner:
Herb-roasted turkey breast, slow-braised dark meat, honey baked ham, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, sage & sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry-orange relish, rich turkey gravy.
Herb-Crusted Prime Rib — +$5 Upgrade:
Slow-roasted prime rib, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, rosemary au jus, horseradish cream.
THIRD COURSE — CHOICE OF DESSERT
Traditional Pumpkin Pie:
Classic spiced pumpkin custard, buttery pie crust, cinnamon Chantilly cream.
Bourbon Pecan Tart:
Toasted pecan filling, buttery tart shell, bourbon caramel, vanilla bean whipped cream.
Traditional Apple Pie:
Cinnamon-spiced apples, buttery flaky pie crust, vanilla bean whipped cream.
